As a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition you will assist in the development and implementation of recruitment processes and activities. This role will oversee projects to recruit highly qualified educational leaders, teachers and other personnel to enhance student learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, business administration or related field
- Three (3) years of recruiting experience
- Experience in leading and executing projects
- Valid Florida driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business administration or related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM Certification
Essential Functions
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Implement recruitment strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
- Coordinate the planning and development of grant proposals and reports in support of District goals and priorities to generate additional revenue for the District.
- Assist in planning, delivering, supporting, and evaluating professional development programs in support of District recruitment goals.
- Source candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, employee referrals, and social media.
- Interview candidates for instructional positions and make recommendations for offers of employment.
- Provide excellent customer service for recruits by providing wraparound service once an offer has been accepted.
- Manage candidate processes and act as a candidate’s advocate, forming strong relationships with qualified candidates.
- Work with the leadership team on the continuous improvement of recruiting initiatives and processes.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with community members and colleges/universities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Travel to recruitment events as needed.
- Maintain key performance indicators related to departmental goals and the strategic plan.
- Measure conversion rates of applicants throughout various stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
